Great question. Have you tried googling the term or checking in an Encyclopedia? Both should help! I'm not sure Brazlians have an actual costume.

I did a little searching but I don't see anywhere that sells them online. You might be able to find a seamstress who could help if you have a good picture of what you need, or try to get someone to mail you a costume you could then have altered here if necessary.
